These terms and conditions govern your use of the Pokemon District website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products
All products we sell are authentic and factory sealed. Product images are for illustration; packaging and set contents are determined by the manufacturer. The contents of sealed product are random, and we do not guarantee specific cards, inserts or pull rates.
Pricing and wholesale
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Pokemon District offers wholesale pricing: buy 5 or more of the same product and each unit is discounted 25%, applied automatically in your cart. Display cases and booster box cases are already sold at case pricing and are excluded from the 5+ wholesale discount.
Orders and payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. Payment is taken at checkout through the options shown there. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Shipping
US orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokemon District is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the products purchased from it.
