• 30 booster packs per sealed display box
• 5 cards per pack
• All cards printed in Japanese language
• Original factory sealed condition, unopened from the manufacturer

The box arrives as a complete sealed display box, exactly as distributed in Japan. No packs have been removed or tampered with.

Set Details and Language

Dark Order is part of the official Pokemon Sun & Moon Japanese card game series, carrying the set designation SM8a. It was released exclusively in Japan as a standalone mini-set, separate from the main SM8 Explosive Impact expansion. The set name in Japanese is ダークオーダー (Dark Order), and all card text, attack names, and flavour text appear in Japanese.

This is an important detail for buyers: these cards are Japanese language cards and are not the English-language version sold in Western markets. For collectors who specifically seek Japanese prints, SM8a is a distinct and separate release from any English equivalent.

Condition and Authenticity

Every sealed Japanese booster box we carry is sourced to ensure it reaches you in genuine, unopened condition. Key points for buyers:

• The box is factory sealed, with original manufacturer packaging intact
• This is an official Japanese Pokemon booster box, not a counterfeit or reproduction
• Sealed condition means pack weights and pull rates are unaltered
• The seal and shrink wrap remain as applied at the point of manufacture

Factory sealed condition is one of the most important trust signals when buying booster boxes online. A sealed box guarantees that no one has searched, weighed, or cherry-picked packs before the product reaches you.

Why Collectors Want SM8a Dark Order

The Sun and Moon SM8a booster box has maintained collector interest for several reasons. SM8a was a Japanese-market mini-set, which means it was never produced in the same print run volumes as larger main sets. Collectors who focus on completing Japanese Sun & Moon sets or who want sealed Japanese-era boxes often target SM8a specifically. The set introduced cards that, in English, appeared in Tag Team sets and other later releases, making it a reference point for players tracking the Japanese-to-English release pipeline.

For those building a sealed collection of the Sun & Moon era in Japanese, a sealed Pokemon Dark Order booster box represents a finite and specific chapter of that era’s card game history.
